This is a great vacuum and mop! Did a great job mapping our rooms, understand what is carpet vs regular floor, provide tons of different programming options and it is fairly easy to clean (hair still tangles but not bad to remove) battery lasts very well, has schedule and AI options! A bit pricey but worth it!

Have been using the RoboRock Qrevo Vacuum & mop for a few weeks now and so far, the performance is great. The app does did give me a bit of trouble at first, but I am getting used to it and am able to further use its functionality - such as selecting various areas or whole house or select rooms to either vacuum or mop and at preselected times. We find the unit performs nicely for what it is intended to do, it is not a deep clean machine, for sure, but it performs well at vacuuming and mopping for ongoing maintenance of the house floors. Plus, it is fun to watch it do its job and not have to supervise it once you set up its routine. We like and are quite satisfied with the little robot helper.

This is my first robot vacuum, and I honestly didn’t expect to be this satisfied. Setup was simple, mapping was fast, and the cleaning performance exceeded my expectations. It makes daily life much easier, and with both vacuuming and mopping features, the house stays consistently clean. It’s quiet, efficient, and definitely a time-saving device.

By far the BEST Robot cleaner I’ve ever used! So worth the price. Just got it during Black Friday for nearly half off and I don’t regret this purchase one bit. Pros: you can decide which zones to have it clean. Smart Home mapping. This also shows areas that are carpet or not. It automatically goes to the dock to clean the pads when it needs to during a cleaning then goes right back to it once all clean. You can choose to vacuum or mop or both all at once. The mopping pads are phenomenal! They spin together and clean very well on hard surfaces. If you do the mop and vacuum cleaning at one time, when the robot detects carpet while on hardwood or tile, it will pickup the pads so they don’t get the carpet wet and then it drops them again when it goes across a surface to mop it. I have a few rugs across my tile floors and it seamlessly mops then vacuums depending on the surface it detects. The two containers with clean water/solution and the other for dirty water/salutionare huge! They hold so much liquid! I’ve had my mop vac a week now and I’ve had it going almost twice a day and still haven’t had to dump it!! The product itself is very sleek and good looking. Con’s: it’s taller than expected but not a big deal unless you wanted to try to conceal it or hide an outlet, it will hit it. I had to set mine just next to the outlet which wasn’t a huge deal but you see the cord easier. The price is up there, however even at normal price and not a Black Friday deal or whatever, I’d say it’s 100% worth it!! The value for this thing is just amazing. I’ve owned several smart cleaners and this one is far superior. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I just want to preface this by reminding any would be buyers that this is not a throw it in a room after a frat party cleaning machine! This is a maintenance machine. It will sweep up some dirt and hair and keep your floors clean but its a maintenance machine. Keep your cleaning hopes and wishes realistic. That said, its the best one (of 3) that I've ever had. Great mapping, great obstacle avoidance. Effortlessly navigates throughout the house without brushing on your wood services so it won't scrape up the furniture. Its almost like magic how it manages to float close to your walls and furniture without actually rubbing on it. You will need to clean up any major mud or hair before hand. Seems to be able to clean about 1000 square feet of dirty floor at a time before the onboard dust bin fills up but thats really pushing it with pretty dirty floors and carpets. It automatically empties dust bin and cleans mops when it deems it necessary or it finishes its run whichever comes first. Easily navigates up and over thresholds, floor vents, and other bumps and lumps. Haven't gotten it stuck once. It doesn't just bump around like an old game of pong either. It maps out your house with a sweat of sensors and plans an efficient route. I can attest that it can and does easily differentiate between carpet and mop surfaces. Does a great job not mopping your carpet 😅 it will even avoid your feet and your pets and any socks or dog poo that might end up in the path. Fairly painless set up too. Battery seems to last pretty well. I have a fairly small space. Under 1000 square feet of area that I give it access to and it never goes below 30%. The only negative thing I really have to say is it could pick up a little better. I dont know that its really a problem with the model so much as an inherent limitation of an automated, low power unit. None I've had have really done better but you will still get debris around transitions and a little here and there on the carpets. All and all, well worth the money and will 100% make your life easier.

I’m obsessed with my robot vacuum. I legitimately can’t say enough or brag often enough about this thing. I did hours of research to find the right one for me and this was it. Yes it’s pricey but it seems to go on sale a lot. I waited until prime day to get mine and it has definitely been worth the money. I’ve been using it multiple times a week and it still runs like day one. Yes you need to do some maintenance like cleaning the rollers and sensors but it’s way less work than vacuuming and mopping. It doesn’t do quite as good a job as you can do by hand but it saves so much time. The floors look and feel so much cleaner after it runs. The app has great functionality and it’s so nice to have it vacuum and mop on its own. Seeing the color of the dirty water and the hearing the dirt go into the vacuum bag after it runs you know it put some work in. It fits nicely in a corner and isn’t too loud. I like to set it to run when I leave the house or before I come home which is so easy to do from the app. I seriously mean it when I say this thing makes my life so much easier.

Não caiam nessa cilada, todas as despesas de importação ja estão inclusas. Entre em contato com a Amazon. Foram muito pró-ativos em me reembolsar, logo em seguida fiz outra compra e vei tudo normalmente até meu endereço.

I’m very impressed with this vacuum so far! I upgraded from another brand I’d had for many years and the difference is night and day. First off, it’s soooo quiet! Even when it empties its dustbin, you can barely hear it (my old robot vacuum sounded like a jet engine when it emptied, it’d terrify my cat). I also LOVE that it cleans its mopping pads several times during cleaning. My old one just kept going with the same pad, pushing grime all over my house. The Roborock leaves less streaks while mopping, too, and its vacuum is so much more powerful. I just ordered a bottle of floor cleaner to try, we’ll see how that goes. The clean and dirty water tanks are so easy to lift out and fill/empty and feel nice and sturdy. It is also much, much faster at completing a vacuum and mopping of my home! Literally twice as fast as my old robot! A few very, very minor gripes: It does like to grab extension cords, so I make sure to keep them lifted up above areas where the robot is working. It also oddly mopped an area rug one time, not sure why! It didn’t get wet, only a tiny bit damp, and it dried out just fine within an hour. I am still learning the app interface so the area rug mopping was likely my fault, as it hasn’t done this during other cleanings. Overall, I am thrilled with this robot mop, it’s by far and away the best I have ever owned! The difference between it and my old one, which cost nearly twice as much, is night and day. 10/10, highly recommend!

¿Por dónde empezar? Siempre dudé en comprar un robot de limpieza. Anteriormente tuve uno, de los económicos, y no me fue mal, pero le faltaban muchas cosas porque vivo en una casa de dos pisos, no encontraba la base a veces, etc. Hoy te puedo decir que después de mucho investigar, este Roborock es una maravilla, la app es fácil de usar, prácticamente no tienes que armar nada, la aspiradora se conecta sin problemas al wifi, el mapeo es sencillo... Amigos, recomendado ampliamente. Primero, llegó un día antes de la fecha prevista (se agradece demasiado). Como mencioné, solo fue poner la base para que se subiera la aspiradora y listo, no hay más que armar. Colocas agua en el tanque de agua limpia y viene una bolsa ya colocada en donde vacía el polvo. La app es fácil de usar, de inmediato pude configurar el robot y sincronizarlo al wifi mediante las instrucciones. Ya una vez listo, tienes que dejar cargando el robot para después hacer el mapeo del piso (guarda hasta 4 mapas o plantas). El mapeo... Levanta todo lo que tengas en el piso para que sea eficiente y rápido, abre las puertas de los cuartos que te interesa limpiar... Cuando acabe el mapa, es fácil hacer la división en la app entre sala, comedor, cocina, pasillos, etc. Colocas los muebles que tengas, colocas paredes invisibles, entre otras cosas y listo. Te recomiendo primero que mandes aspirar una o dos veces antes de que trapeé. Mi piso es difícil, queda opaco y se nota si está mal trapeado, tuve que probar un par de veces la opción de solo trapear (o fregar, como aparece en la app) y tuve que personalizar la cantidad de agua a muy baja para que quedara perfecto. No sirve para evitar la limpieza profunda, mantiene muy (sí, muy) limpio, pero las esquinas no quedan tan bien, y cuando hay manchas en el piso, con una servilleta húmeda se puede quitar antes de mandar trapear. Además, faltaría limpiar la parte de las paredes invisibles y zonas prohibidas. Se puede programar la limpieza (qué maravilla), lo puedes poner a solo aspirar, solo trapear, aspirar y trapear, modo de IA y rutinas, limpiar todo, por habitaciones, zonas, y cada cosa con la fuerza de aspirado, nivel de humedad de las mopas, si quieres que dea rápido, normal, profundo o muy profundo, etc. Estamos pensando en comprar otro roborock, de verdad hace las cosas extremadamente bien! Una vez que lo tengas, sinceramente, no te arrepentirás, es una inversión fuerte, pero vale cada centavo. No hay nada mejor que al levantarte por las mañana ver todo limpio.

Puntos positivos: Excelente mapeo y recorridos exactos y que cubren todas las áreas a diferencia de la Roomba i5 Excelente aspirado y trapeado con opciones de intensidad de aspirado y trapeado No es nada ruidosa en comparación con la Roomba (tengo dos Roombas) Es más rápida que mis otros robots, y limpia mucho mejor Excelente compra Negativo: Tiene un círculo elevado, que la hace más alta y no cabe debajo de algunos muebles que otros robots sin esa elevación si cabrían La app no es muy amigable y no está tan completa , pero funciona excelente El mejor robot que he tenido Totalmente automático.

Excellent machine. Easily set up. It worked very well but I'll need to figure out how to get my electrical cords up off the floor - it likes to get tangled up. I wish it had come with a sample bottle of cleaner, though.
