Snake Eye Tactical Heavy Duty Folding Pocket Knife Outdoors Camping Hunting Fishing. (Brown)

Purchased this knife for work. Needed a good ripper for cutting pipe tape, nylon rope and molding black pipe fittings that might not fit correctly. Amongst other things where cutting and abusive conditions might make you want to leave your better blades at home. The blade is great and it opens smoothly. Lock is effective and works well. There were some minor blemishes on the handle, but here's the deal. I didn't buy this low cost blade to show it off. That said, I don't think the minor imperfections in the handle's finish will matter much after all the hard work this knife will be put through. I collect knives and have a set standard. Price rarely matters as much as practicality. I own 200$ knives that look great, work great, but you'd hate to lose one on a muddy bumper out in the sticks. This is a great buy for price. Works great for what you need it to do. Which is? Cutting. Slicing. Chopping. Right? Do I expect it to last 20 years? No. But for the price and it's planned use, how can I go wrong? If it breaks in a months time, I'll revisit this review. If I lose it out in the fields of my work day, so be it. Love it or leave it. It's a great buy for some well made steel and a work knife. Great product great size and quality for the price decent weight and heft, feels solid overall been using it for a few months now and no issues blade keeps a sharp edge decently as well.

Cool knife for the price. Really thick and heavy blade, bigger than expected, and the rainbow finish is well done, unlike some other knives I've had. My only complaints on the product are as follows: - Really dull out the box (Haven't tried to sharpen it yet) -The purple part of it (on the handle) I think looks out of place and even ugly, is made of cheap plastic, and came scratched out the box. I think this would have been better as solid rainbow steel throughout. -Same case ^ with the belt clip, except it's not plastic (metal) and black. I think, like the purple plastic, takes away from the beauty of the knife itself. - As with all rainbow stainless steel, it's a fingerprint magnet. Makes a pretty display piece if no one touches it. So overall I'm pretty satisfied with this knife, especially at its price. I can't attach a picture but the knife is big, I would say maybe 9-10 inches perhaps, when extended, and 4 or 5 when folded.

I am a woman. I live in Alaska. This is my every day carry. I carry it in my bra! There was a reason I picked this knife. #1. It's gold w a flashy handle. Silly right? I've been raised on "You dont pull a weapon unless your going to use it!". Fair enough. This knife...if you know how to use one, in a self defence situation (flip it around and you cut UP!) is gold. You pull this out, with confidence, ready to mess someone up (all said from a womans perspective)...It has a bizzar effect on people. It pretty much says I'm crazy! Its gold! #2. I have bad hands. This knife is weighted really well. It has notches on the top for your thumb. Flips open very easy. And there is also the finger impression to get good grip. #3. I have this knife sharpened to take hair off of my husbands arm. It sharpens fantastically. I use this knife all of the time. It hasn't dented. Good quality metal. I even butchered a moose with this. Guys w $100 knives (to seperate hair/flesh from the meat couldn't believe how good this knife is. Granted, I keep it very sharp. Bottom line...this is an effective golden knife! If your a girl who means it...it makes a point. I was rescently 'almost' robbed. Pulled this out. Flipped ut around and told the guy to BRING IT. He wisely left me alone. I just think this horrible golden color makes a point. Sharpen it. For sure. But its a silly legit five star knife. I cut kindling. Butcher animals. Use it all the time...and I'm a knife chick!

Craftsmanship was a joke , i knew ahead of time from previous comments. Right out of the box the blade would not lock open , crack on/in the handle ( round part ) not a scratch , screws loose . Took completely apart & filed latch area on blade down until it latched properly. Ok for $15

I bought this product to open boxes with. I know it is a little over the top but it looked cool so I went with it. This knife is big, and by big I mean it has a lot of metal. So much so that the locking mechanism was hard to push. Funny that that was the part that broke off. Also straight outta the box, it comes with a mediocre edge to it. Overall wouldn't recommend.
