Effective and great taste.
This is my favorite. I have this set up on subscribe and save. This is more convenient than the individual packets. I just scoop it in my water and drink it before bed. It is my nightly routine. This is my favorite flavor, it is so good. Very effective. I struggled with insomnia for quite some time. My daughter recommended this to me and I gave it a try. It is worth the money. I have good quality sleep now. When I first started taking it, I fell asleep quickly and it was so nice to have good quality sleep again. I noticed after taking it for about 3 weeks it was not as effective as it was when I first began taking it. I read the directions and you can have 2 servings per day. I now use 2 scoops and it is perfect. Good quality sleep is priceless. Highly recommend.

I have been using this product since June of 2025 at night before bedtime. I honestly feel it really helps me to sleep better. I don’t drink it during the day because as it says it Calms me too much and I feel sleepy. So I only drink it at night. Dissolves easily. Tastes like a cream sickle pop if you drink it cold.

Fantastic flavor!
I had used the non flavored and the taste was terrible, this flavor was fantastic! Helps my sleep and digestion!

Enjoyable drink, when you're not drinking
The flavor is great. I found it mixes best with one of the battery swizzle sticks... add a little water, then powder. It seems to have given me a little calming feeling, but unsure that it actually helped with my broken sleep.

No Noticeable Change
I've been drinking the recommended amount for a week straight and have not notices any difference, and side effect of feeling bloated is not helping. Will probably not stick with it or order again.

Super Calm is awesome! It helps my body relax, helps me sleep and it works magily with digestive issues. I use it myself and have shared with or purchased for friends, family and coworkers. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend you give it a try and see if it helps you as much as it has helped me. * also it tastes great! My favorite flavor so far is orange cream 😋
