A good mix of electrolytes. Better than other OTC ORS supplements. Also more economical vis-à-vis nutrients per servings. Quality - I have used many other fast n up products and this gotta be the shining star. Mixes well. Taste - Dunno what some people are complaining about. All the flavours are rocking. (Too much masala and meetha have destroyed their taste buds!!) Results - Helped me recover after intense workouts when BCAA, creatine and whey wasn't enough. I was looking for gatorade powder, found this instead. I found it to be a better electrolyte than whats available in market. I use it after running, during gym or simply to drink water when you want to. Pro: 1. it's basically the same thing as gatorade/powerade but in a tablet form. 2. Dissolves completely (effervescent) in a glass of water. 3. The flavor (berry) is good to taste. 4. The bottle carries on it good nutritional description. 5. The drink becomes like a soda with bubbles in it. 6. Bottle is easy to carry around 7. Electrolytes prove to do their work. Against: 1. Sometimes 1 tablet doesn't give the right taste, so you end up popping 2 or more. 2. The bottle's seal was flimsy and i removed it without need of a knife. It could've been better for the price. In nutshell, it is a good drink but costs more than electral powder which provides the same thing. But it's advantages outweigh the cons. A must try for every body. Not satisfied with the product quality, the whole tablet doesn't dissolve in water it leaves around 5 to 10% of the product undisolved and it flotes on water, and if you consume that undisolved tabled it tastes bitter. I have tried other fizz product also, those tablet dissolves completely and dosent leaves a trace.
