Fish oil
Recommend by my heart specialist specifically citing studies that state that taking this particular brand of fish oil was extremely beneficial in maintaining a healthy heart. This particular brand was recommended due to its potency and purity. I purchased this item under my Amazon subscription plan and it delivered to me once a month.

HUGE but go down easy
These capsules are a full 1" long and 3/8" wide-- Yes they are HUGE! I normally can't swallow any pill larger than half the size of these. I took a gamble since other reviewers said they slid down easily. I swallow some water first then take the capsule with another mouth full of water. This seems to give my throat the lubrication it needs to get this monster down. I've taken it for about a week now with no problems. I suggest taking this just prior to a light snack. I have not had any burping or fishy taste whatsoever when taken this way. I tried taking it 1 time just prior to breakfast and I did get a very slight fishy aftertaste which I think is due to having a fuller stomach thus why I recommend taking it with a light snack. I switched to these 100% EPA pills from the Carlson Very Finest Fish oil which has a combo of EPA and DHA because of my cholesterol. After taking the Combo oil for 6 months or so my cholesterol number jumped alot and my LDL went up by 40 points. After some research I found that the DHA can cause this and that EPA alone is proven to lower LDL. I am hoping this is the case and that my next blood test will prove this correct. We'll see.

Carlson has been a good product and the Elit WPD gems help my triglycerides
I have liked Carlson fish oil products for a long time- - I like the elite because I found that once when I used it and thereafter my triglycerides do in fact stay down better!!!!-
