I can't get it to pop out when i pull on it** A: Take thumb of right hand and depress button. Slide in new post-it pop-up (make sure you have the pop-up post-it notes) pad from left to right. As you slide in pad, make sure you have the first note sticking out so you can pull it. It won't work if you have both top and bottom of pad underneath paws. This is the cutest pop-up note dispenser ever. I have two ! **Q: Do the post-it notes stay in place when you have used most of them, or do they start to slide around?** A: Mine have stayed in place well. I've run low but no problems with sliding. ο˜„ **Q: does the post it notes come withit** A: At first I thought you had to buy the post-it notes separately but mine came with one pad of the pop-up notes in green. I was wondering if you could only use pop-up notes but when I tried using the regular kind (glued at the top pad) I found that you can't use them --- they won't pop up after you pull the top one off. **Q: How do you take out the post its when you need to use one? I need explicit directions. Thank you.** A: You need to make sure and purchase "pop-up" post it notes for this dispenser. If you try to use regular post it notes the dispenser will not work properly. As you can see from the picture, the post it note sticks out past the bottom feet of the cat. You simply grab the edge of the bottom of the post it note that is sticking out and pull it out towards you. The next post it note on the pad will automatically pop out - but this time it will pop out past the front feet of the cat. Pull that one out - by grabbing the edge of the top of the post it note and pulling it towards you - and the next one pops out past the bottom feet.
