I’m not reviewing this product because I got one for free or was asked to do. I’m genuine buyer who read a lot of reviewers to help me make a decision and what to also feedback. I have a large house, I work full time, have two kids and 4 pets, 2 of which moult constantly so I have daily pet fur to clean and dried mess to clean! So if I was better at keeping my house clean, I should Hoover up all the fur every day and then mop most days the messiest areas. Welll, I just don’t have time and apparently it’s too late to reurn the kids (and morally shouldn’t with the pets as I knew they were messy when we got pets). In reality, I hoovered every other day and moped once a week, which took hours out of my only 2 days off and time with kids,. Someone recommended the Shark vacuum mop so I did what I do now when I want to buy something, I asked AI! I have me three options for my requirements I told it, this one, shark and a another, but well I asked it to delve into the reviews on pet hair and clogging, shark the other two didn’t do too well. I have an expensive shark Hoover and know how often I have to unclog that one, something 3 or 4 times just hoovering my lounge and kitchen. Originally it suggested the H12 flex, so I delved into the all three (H14 too) and once I explained I needed it for potentially daily use and dried food, plus I wanted minimal maintenance, and after I did my own review research, I picked the H15. Now it is a lot of money! So I was weary at the investment but I need something so jumped in and bought it 2 weeks ago. So what can it do? It allows me to clean the floor without the hoovering before hand - time saved significantly. It’s so easy - I now to it most days, now to allowing the build up or dried mess. I can cover a lot of ground on one battery/water tank. Last weekend I did a large kitchen diner LVT, an 8m large Louge on engineered wood and a large entrance and full hallway. I still had 30% battery left and enough water to go back over some tough areas. I probably emotied the water 2-3 times but it takes 10 seconds. What can it not do! It hasn’t solved the dried food/mess situation. Although it helps, especially as I’m now cleaning more often. It will not clean up the worst areas on it own. Wet food (e,g, split cat food) I can confirm it cleans up extremely easily. But not dried. I’ve looked for a harshe brush but they don’t do one. Work around: I have to poor boiling water down first and let it soak before going round. Not ideal but still a lot better than what I had. Weight: I find it fine and I like the fact it drives itself along, the weight is all at the bottom so handle is light. I find it very easy to use. Maintenance: does it all for you but just empty the water tank. Works for me. Please remember this is a 2 weeks review, I can’t comment on how long it will last. Hope this helps others.

Love my Dreame wet and dry floor cleaner. My downstairs is all hard floors and I used to hover and then mop. Which was so tireing but the dreame floor wet and dry floor cleaner was a game changer. It washes the floor and hovers at the same time and with two dog it makes such a difference. It also self cleans and then drys the rollers so no damp smell. You just need to empty the tank which collects the dirt and debris and dirty water that's tucked back up from the dreame cleaner and replace clean water into the clean water tank. No buckets no mops.

Arrived today, repacked as best I could and submitted a return for a refund. First, the handle refused to come out, after inserting it into its slot. There isn't even a button to remove it, you need to stick something in — not supplied — similar to the way you would get your SIM card out of your phone! Why not just have a button there!? That is a ridiculously bad design flaw, especially considering how much money you're paying! I finally managed to get it out, so I could repack it. I was worried I would not be able to, and it would not fit in the box if I couldn't. Then what was I supposed to do about returning it!? Anyways, I got it out, but getting it out was so difficult, considering how stuck it was that it detached the top housing, so the thing is already falling apart at this point and I've only had it for 10-15 minutes! The handle is also non-adjustable, so you can't make it shorter by pushing it down and as I mentioned, getting it out easily is impossible! I had given it a quick try to at least see how good its suction is and I can safely say, returning it as quickly as possible was the right decision. I was so looking forward to using it, based on how it was advertised, it's left me very disappointed,

really good, I vacuumed the glass without problems, I recommend the purchase, I'm satisfied. I can't believe it, I dropped a vase on the floor and it was full of soil, I took the Dreame H15 pro and vacuumed it all up, really incredible

Not sure who designed this, design lacks a lot of common sense. Returning immediately, bought a different brand which is much better **updated from 1 to 5 star as the customer service from seller/brand is excellent and they compensated me without me even requesting. Would recommend the brand/seller 100% even though the actual machine isn't suitable for my purpose'.

I recently purchased and am thrilled with the performance, ease of use, and features. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a reliable product with great quality.

At First i was so happy with but After a wile it Turns As Not very nice the Brust is cleanig his Self yes but the wastewater Tank Not and this you have to do every afternoon if dont want to have a stong Bad smell.also The AI/ Robot Lip is Not working anymore

For 2 bedroom you need to change the dirty water twice and to refill 3 times. And the brush not cleaning properly. No differences between the robot vacuum and wet dry. And sure battery is too short

Bought in April 2025. Had issues with Wifi Connection to begin with. After couple of months of usage its started to leave a lot of water on floor. When i contacted the customer service they asked me to bring it to their Al Quoz facility. No pickup available. For such a costly product this is really a bad experience. Not recommended.
