Great high protein snack on the go. My husband loves these. too bad these are not more affordable. We would get these all the time if so

I enjoy spicy things regularly: extremely spicy homemade meals, such as chili, Indian, and ramen, as well as spicy snacks. My spice tolerance is high. A fresh whole habanero pleases me to a great degree. It gets the sweat, pain, and rush of endorphins I seek with spicy things going. While I knew what to expect before trying, I was hoping I would be pleased with the spicy level. I wasn’t. The habanero sticks are commercially spicy. Barely any habanero content. Lame. It’s amusing to me, because I read some reviews from yt boomers complaining it’s too spicy. Lol. No. It’s not spicy. Especially if you consume spicy ethnic food and snacks often. The quality is good. The taste is good. Like the packaging. I just wish it was ACTUALLY spicy. Feel deceived. Another company claiming a product to be “hot,” but is nowhere near spicy. My spouse HATES spicy food, and she was able to enjoy these without issue. That should tell you everything. To spice lovers: you will be disappointed.

I am a chomps fan and have tried most of the flavors. My go-to is the turkey stick. I feel like the flavor is consistent and sometimes the beefy flavors get old. I wanted to try the new BBQ flavor. When I hear BBQ, I imagine it’s going to have some kind of sweet taste to it. This did not really feel like a bbq flavor to be honest. I’m not sure what the marketing team was thinking but the only bbq this is selling in flavor is that it tastes like a hot dog with a little kick. So if hot dogs remind you of bbq’s then you might be getting whah you expected. I think I was hoping for a flavorful sweet/spicy taste with this, but the flavor didn’t really kick as much as I wanted it to. It was a little tiny bit spicy, but I am a wimp to spicy foods and this was not too much. My order came with all of the sticks in it and the expiration date isn’t until Nov 2025.
