If you're search for creatine includes 20 brands of flavored gummies and powders that contain 5g of "creatine" per serving along with a sweetener and preservatives, just stop. You might save a few dollars by buying a cheaper, flavored product but you won't be getting the full benefits that creatine provides. Don't take my word for it, look up Creapure and the difference in quality between this version of creatine and the other version that most companies use. Since switching to this product, my muscle retention has exploded, which also changed my body composition. I also don't get any of the common issues like bloating and stomach pain that I've experienced with cheaper products. Do yourself a favor and take your health seriously. Saving a few pennies per serving is not worth it.

Very, Very Good… worth it

This CREATINE Monohydrate Powder – Supports Energy, Brain & Muscle Health, and Recovery for Men & Women - Gluten & GMO Free, Soy Free, Sport Certified – Unflavored, 250 G, 50 Servings is easy-to-use, and truly unflavored. The fine powder can blend into anything and can be taken with just plain water. It takes a while to dissolve and then not completely, so shake or still really well to blend as much as possible, but because it's not flavored, this isn't a significant problem. This formulation doesn't hurt my stomach, which is a huge plus.

very good product

The good: it's Creapure, the highest quality creatine on the market. Thrilled about this. The bad: it's $22.25 for 250g, meaning $90 for a kilogram, which is crazy expensive. I usually get micronized creatine monohydrate for $25-30. 3 stars because the product is top tier—creatine itself is also amazing. But the price point is hard to justify.

Great stuff!! Clean creatinine, no fillers , dissolves easily..

This has been very easy to mix in to existing drinks that I already take everyday. I mix it with my protein and there's no weird aftertaste or weird ingredients. It's not a huge jar but the servings you get are 50. The unflavored is perfect because it doesn't change what I'm already drinking. I haven't noticed any gritty texture especially if I mix it immediately when serving.
