Delicious truffles and excellent customer service!
I've bought a few packs of the Monty Bojangles Berry Bubbly Truffles this year having experienced them at a Christmas do December 2019 and enjoying them enormously! These are really superb and delicious products! I gave some out at a friends party recently and several of the guests went on to order some themselves as they also thought they were gorgeous! On one of my more recent orders the truffles arrived melted and had condensed into one large block. I think this was due to the delivery service rather than the product manufacturer. I flagged this to the team at MB, and the customer service was great. They responded promptly offering a refund or replacement. I love these truffles so much so I requested a replacement and they arrived soon and in perfect condition. I'll continue to order, and would highly recommend! Looking forward to trying some of the other flavours too.

Lovely chocs
Gorgeous raspberry flavour, lovely texture of chocolate and likes the popping candy.

Not great
I was on the hunt for the popping candy berry choices as I had had the mixed selection and they were my favourite flavour so was over the moon to find I could buy a whole box. Having received the double box in this flavour they are in no way as good. The candy does not pop ant all and the berry flavour is almost not noticeable and is like eating the plain flavour. So disappointed

beautifully packaged and very moreish
Such amazing chocolates! We were huge fans of this flavour combination. Not only is the rich chocolate taste extremely prominent, but the mix of plenty of popping candy is such a welcome addition. Needless to say we polished the box off quite quickly and will definitely re-purchase. They are beautifully packaged and very moreish!
