does it fit with Mastor Machine?

I'm not sure which pin is the Master machine, but if you look and your pen has the two thin rubber rings around the small end, these needles will fit. There a couple pens that require cartridges that fit inside the small end, but these fit over the end of the pen.

Does this needles fits 24karat machine ?

Yes it does. But it depends on what version you have.
