My husband loves peanut butter cups but they don't return the favor. He is allergic to dairy products. I found these and was able to read the label. There was nothing in the filling or. the dark chocolate coating. Better yet, they were as tasty as other grocery store varieties I have tried. The dark chocolate coating was smooth with a slight Belgian flavor. The filling was pure peanut, smooth and clingy. I would buy these again, not because they don't have allergens but because they are delicious in their own category. I caught myself grabbing a couple myself. They are actually much better than the ones under the grocery store label. Try them and see.

Very disappointed! Was introduced to this at an event and they were delicious. Went to buy and could only find on Amazon. They arrived promptly but are hard, dry, and have the distinctive off white tinge found on a piece of chocolate that is old and stale. Cannot even choke one down. Expensive but would be OK if it were fresh. Expensive AND stale - a double “no.”

These are my favorite snack - the perfect balance between the bitterness of dark chocolate with salty & sweet with the rich taste of organic peanut butter -- and all ingredients I can feel good about! My only complaint is that it's hard to stop at just one package of them! I can't believe I'm buying these by the case now, but they really hit the spot. I warn you: they are addictive!

I purchased these as special treat for my daughter, as part of her b-day gifts. She loves peanut butter, and also has a milk allergy. Actually we both do. They’re very good. I wish the peanut butter taste was a little bit stronger to balance the dark chocolate and there were less oils and such in them. Unfortunately for me, soybean oil and soy lecithin causes my skin to react with acne. That said, I did try them- they are a delicious treat for those who love chocolate and peanut butter and can’t have milk or need vegan. If you have skin issues or may have other allergies to ingredients, check the ingredients label before purchasing. To cost compare Trader Joe’ has similar dark chocolate almond butter cups that are milk-free. A similar package with two “cups” is 1.99 each. So, this box was great value.

This would be it! For those that describe the inside as chalky, you must have gotten a bad batch. I order these all the time and I have received two bad batches. I think some retailers don't keep them under 75 degrees or they reach higher temperatures in transit. I have received a full refund from two different companies when this happened. The inside should be normal peanut butter consistency. Sometimes it is slightly creamier, but if they are a light beige inside and chalky then you have a bad batch and you should return them. These are amazing peanut butter cups. They taste pure, no waxy, chemical flavors like the big brands. These peanut butter cups have actually helped me loose weight. Knowing that I can have this one amazing treat stops me from snacking on other things throughout the day and they are quite filling and so tasty that you can savor one for a long time. The intense chocolate flavor, creamy smooth peanut butter, and hint of salt puts these tasty treats above and beyond all the rest. I think the dark chocolate and milk chocolate are equally good for different reasons. I guess it depends on your mood. I was accidentally sent a batch of the dark chocolate and now I'm not sure which I like better.
