Ok. So, I’m surprised at how well I think this is working. Been on it 3 weeks. My knee inflammation is slowly, but surely going down. I spent several hours in the garden today. I love this brand.

I don’t cook with turmeric as much as I used to, so I thought I would try this supplement, see if it helps my joints and soft tissue around them. I have tried this for four full days, still have pain, but it seems to be helping. It’s not long enough time to make this determination, but since I know my pain well enough, I will continue using thinking it helps. The caps are a bit bigger, but I took two with my four other supplements, and could swallow all at once. I am seventy two, use a c-pap and was fine, but if you get them use one and see how you do. They are fairly slick, not powdery, and I think that helps. I don’t know about effectiveness, energy level, blood pressure, but quality, smell, taste, are good, but I am not injured so my regular aches and pains are less.

My husband and I have been taking these for the health benefits and to help with inflammation and to stop taking so much medication, we have used this brand several times with other vitamins and supplements and so far they are good , they have not upset our stomach or effected us in a negative way , the bag is full I think it’s a great value . I also gave one to my German Shepard’s to see if he would eat it and he did , I give my 5 GSD turmeric and coconut oil so these are also good for dogs

I learned from someone that turmeric helps with inflammation. I thought I’d take it and see what happened by the time I got through the bag. I’ll tell you what happened, I was up all night peeing. 5 times to be exact! Even though I was sleepy from peeing all night, I wasn’t stiff. I haven’t taken it since because I need to get into the habit of taking my supplements in the morning with breakfast which I don’t eat. 10/10 for the whole anti inflammatory thing. I was floored. Like I honestly never thought that after taking one dose that would happen. As my boss used to say, “it’s good stuff Maynard”. The taste was nonexistent, the value was fantastic, the bag size was a decent. I don’t have issues swallowing capsules but for some they may be on the bigger side but for me it was easy to swallow. One thing I was expecting was upset stomach but since I ate it with food, I was speed. I don’t know about the energy since I was sleepy the next day due to the fact I was up peeing the night before but the fact that my joints were happier made up for that.

I had used the 1000mg before and it worked. I ran out of product and I needed ro buy more. The 1000mg works well. I had no issues with it. I found rhe 3000mg and I decided to go with it. I also decided to take 2 capsules instead of the recommended dose, only because I started with 1000mg but, I was without it for about 1 week. I started to feel stiffness and pains. So I know that the product was helping and working. I got the 3000mg on 1/18/26, just in time to start back taking it. I feel the difference in my joints in no time. I recommended this product 💯 times! I wonder how I will fell if I take the recommended dose! 🧡💯
