Put on the product on your shoulders, move the shoulder brace in front of your shoulder upward a little so that the back waist structure will be lower.

I bought this belt some months ago for upper back pain. I’d had the pain for months and It was severely impacting my daily activities and despite a number of visits to a physiotherapist I was no further forward. This belt has meant I’m able to do my daily walk, cooking etc and slowly my back is improving. I can’t wear it for longer than a couple of hours at a time or my back starts to get uncomfortable but this is made clear in the instructions. I thank the manufacturers daily for making it!
