These pack an incredible punch. Oddly addictive. I have one after lunch and it immediately clears my breath, clears my nose and gives my stomach a fresh feeling. I enjoy that this is both natural and practical, especially since this is a consumable product. A little expensive, but one goes a long way.

These work great to alleviate an upset stomach with nausea. It's pretty rare for that to happen to me but when it does, these help a lot. I usually take 2 of them.
