Love the nutrafol products so far but please send a pump for the shampoo. For this price, the pump should work. I will not purchase the shampoo through Amazon again unless the seller sends a replacement pump. I will order from nutrafol directly where I order the balance vitamins. This shampoo made my hair feel much softer and stronger. I am sure some effects are from the conditioner as well. I shampoo once a week and my hair looks and feels better after each wash. I am also taking the vitamins and discussing progress with a nutrafol doctor. I have noticed faster growth and my frizzy/curly parts are much more manageable.

I'm over 50 years old. I noticed extreme shedding since my late 40s. I tried so many different shampoos even those free of sulfate and nothing worked.
