I have been using this for cystic rosacea treatment at the suggestion of my dermatologist since I am a breastfeeding mother and unable to take the recommended medications (which i didn’t respond to to begin with) I’ve been using it once a day for about a couple months and have seen results. It’s not drying my skin out and my skin is left feeling clean.

Cleared up perioral dermatitis from food allergy really quick. Don't get it in your eyes! I put it on and let it sit a few minutes. You can feel it working. It doesn't have a scent and since it worked so well I would say it's a great value compared to the competition. Seems full strength. I only use it on my face and keep it dry between uses and it's lasted me quite a while.

I have hereditary and hormonal rosacea. My face is so sensitive to everything qnd I am constantly getting rashes and skin infections on it. If you have these issues and suffer from dermititis, use this daily!

Seems effective so far. Nice lather. Virtually unscented but for the mildest natural citrus scent.
