Who doesn’t need some extra fiber! I use these daily in my protein shakes and the quality is so good. I’m trying to buy more organic foods and this fits the bill for plant based fiber, no added preservatives, just flax seed. I feel this a great value for my money. I have this in my monthly subscription so no need to remember to reorder.

Not very many seeds, but a little goes a long way. I used them for a hair mask and they produced a lot of ice gel.

No problem with the seeds, ONLY THE PACKAGE. This package that the Basil seeds are in, has NO flat bottom to balance bag when using. It is like trying to scoop from a PLASTIC ZIP LOCK BAGGY. So seeds are great, packaging lousy, be careful when scooping seeds out or you will be buying a new bag sooner. Does not balance out on packaging bottom.
