Weld-on Pad Eye

Umm. What can one say. I'm not going to have the pad eyes pull tested so I cannot verify that it meets SWL. I didn't do the welding either. A contractor welded them to weld plates put down in a slab when it was being poured. They will only be used to winch non running vehicles into the garage.
