Taste, Cost, Texture
These are so good. I got the variety pack and I take one and I put it in my pocketbook or my gym bag and when I come out of the gym in the morning, I’ll have my cup of coffee and I’ll eat one on the way home. they satisfy my sweetness craving and their light. The cookie quality is delicious. The texture is good. Not a thick waffle. Ingredients are natural.

Great way to snack!
Great energy to consume while cycling…. I’m training for 1,300 mile ride and needed something to be calorie conscious and sugar being mild…. It’s all good and doesn’t irritate my stomach!

Great in a pinch but I like the original honey over these nut butter version

On the go Snack
I tried the Honey Stinger energy waffles hoping for a quick energy boost, but they didn’t make much of a difference for me. The taste was just okay, and some of the waffles seemed a little stale, which was disappointing. I appreciated that they’re organic and convenient for on-the-go snacking, but I didn’t feel any noticeable energy lift after eating them. They’re fine as a quick snack, but I wouldn’t rely on them for an energy boost during workouts or long activities.

No blood sugar spikes…just enough.
This product was recommended to me by my endocrinologist. I quote, “it would be better to have one of the stingers when a blood sugar drop occurs rather than just eating anything with sugar in it. Since you won’t have an immediately quick blast of sugar and if you can wait it out after eating one, it will level your sugar level without the spike.” She also said she’s used them when she’s feeling a little shaken from a long day at work and not having enough sugar in her blood stream. The three flavors in the multi pack are all very good. I’ve tried it multiple times for my blood sugar episodes and it works!!!

Peanut Butter is BOSS!
Why it took this long for Honey Stinger to get behind peanut butter is beyond me. Excellent flavor, excellent results. Order them, already!
