My workout equipment is upstairs, and our house is pretty old, so the floors are pretty creeky. I'm not a heavy walker, but my husband said that me walking on the new treadmill was loud downstairs. I had my doubts about how much this would help, but it really does! I feel like it stabilizes the treadmill on the carpet as well. Very pleased with this.

Bought to go under treadmill to protect carpet. It's pretty thin, so it really buckles under the weight, while on carpet. Fine for our purposes though.
