This rice cooker has a stainless steel inner pot. The white rice I cook with it has clear grains and is delicious. It is non-stick and has no coating, which is very healthy. It can also be washed in the dishwasher. It is small, exquisite and practical. It also has multiple functions. I am ready to try each one. It is worth recommending.

I love rice but worry about the high sugar content. I've always heard about low-sugar rice cookers. I bought one this time and tried it out; the rice it cooks is great. The stainless steel inner pot is very thick and of good quality. The overall appearance is beautiful, and it's easy to clean.

The quality of the product looked good. But theh instructions were poor. So poor that I had to call customer tech support two times. Each time there was a delay in getting connection. I received the item at 5:00pm. By the time I two different customer support for two different issues, it was 7:30pm. Issue 1: The instruction to remove one of the cover to clean it was cumbersome. Issue 2: After cleaning and when ready to turn it on, it never turned on.

Our family eats rice almost every day, but we also have a history of high blood sugar and diabetes, so I’ve been wanting to switch to a healthier option. Our old rice cooker’s coating started peeling, so this stainless steel model came just in time — and honestly, even if we didn’t love it, Amazon returns are easy. But after using it three times so far, I’m happy with it. The inner pot is solid and heavy, truly good-quality stainless steel. The rice comes out soft and fluffy without sticking to the bottom at all. I still use a plastic rice paddle out of habit, but my kids sometimes sneak in with a metal spoon to scoop rice. With the stainless steel inner pot, I no longer have to worry or get upset about scratches. 😄 The cooker is easy to use, the LED display is clear, and the keep-warm function works perfectly. Overall, this is a great upgrade for anyone who wants a healthier rice cooker without non-stick coating. Our whole family loves it!

This is a nice rice cooker with a heavy stainless steel bowl, which is why I bought it. I really want to like it, but it burns the rice in the center at the bottom of the pot every single time. I've tried every setting and different kinds of rice - brown rice, white basmati, white jasmine, brown jasmine, using the low-carb setting too - and it's always the same. I know how to cook rice in a rice cooker, and it's not user error. It's not so bad that it completely ruins the pot of rice, but there is a definite patch that you have to avoid and cannot eat. It is disappointing. I think I will have to return it, sadly. The one point of a rice cooker is to cook rice correctly, and I don't want every pot to have a burnt portion. The stainless steel bowl is really nice, though, and the low-carb option is an interesting one. Seems to make nice fluffy rice. I do wish it came in a slightly larger size for families that eat a lot of rice. UPDATE: I do want to say this company has excellent customer service. I was contacted and offered a replacement rice cooker as they seemed to think I may have received a defective one. Their correspondence was quick, polite, and responsive. From my experience I would say they would be good to work with to resolve any problems with the cooker. I am still in the process of trying the new rice cooker to see if I get better results- so far, it does seem to be working better. A little toasty spot on the bottom, but not burned. I do need to try additional pots of rice, varieties of rice, and test further to see if the problem is truly improved, but will update again when I do. As to other opinions on the cooker, it doesn't cook rice as flawlessly as my Zojirushi cooker, but it is much less expensive and the stainless steel bowl is a huge plus. I can't continue to cook in a peeling teflon bowl, as the Zojirushi provides. (Zojirushi doesn't offer a stainless steel bowl, and they charge a fortune for a replacement bowl. )

Very efficient and very easy to use save lots of time. Also, it cooks a low carb rice , starch gets separated from the rice very easy to operate. Multiple options to choose from regular lies, low-carb bread, porridge, soap, baby food, etc. Easy to clean

I love the different settings. So far l've made rice, steamed vegetables, bao buns, quinoa and oatmeal. It can also function as a slow cooker and a porridge maker. One of the coolest things I love about the settings is the delay feature allowing you to cook something at a set time in the future. Easy to use and clean. Best rice cooker l've owned to date!
