This mouth guard is great if you grind your teeth while sleeping. You get 4 molds and they are easy to use. They are comfortable and I didn't have to worry about it staying in place. I found I didn't have jaw pain in the morning after using the guard. It is a good value for mouth guards that stay in place, come with cleaning tablets so you can disinfect them and a storage case. Definitely a good mouth guard if you grind your teeth.

Avoid this item at all cost, product is thin enough that it wont mold properly and once its done it wont stay in place. Its a choking hazard and it is a very high chance that while sleeping it will come off and might choke you while sleeping. In short waster of money.

Bought this to temporarily use while i get Work done on my teeth. I grind & clinch my teeth pretty badly at night. It does its job and when i bit Through it there’s more to mold. It’s easy to mold and easy to use. Fits well. Great if you’re a teeth grinding.

Bought this product because in the nights, I do a lot of pressure on my teeth. This pressure provoked headaches almost every night. Those guards are easy to mold, fits very nice, do what promises and have a very affordable price. Packet comes with 4 guards, 12 cleaning tablets and a travel case. So far, my sleep quality was improved significantly.

I believe these do help with teeth grinding. However, getting through the moulding is going to be the toughest part. I can read and follow directions, but this was very tricky. First, you must boil the water then let it sit a bit. The next step is where they lost me. You have to put the mouth guard into the water for a very brief period and remove it without the guard touching the side of the pot or deforming. I ruined a good pot because the guard touched the side and I was removing it. There was no getting it off, because it melting into the side instantly. I found the whole process very cumbersome, which is perhaps why provide 4 guards in the package. You will likely mess up. Once you do get it right, the guard works fine, but goodness it's a rough go getting to the finish line! I gave an extra star for the cleaning tablets and toughness of the plastic. Worth a try is you're in pain and need a fix without going to the dentist, but pack your patience!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely horrible. As others said, as soon as it hit boiling water it shrinks to an impossibly small size and forms to your bite weird.
