arrived about a week early, well packaged, took 1/2 an hour to remove all the plastic wrap and unpack, took about 4 hours to put together, had to put larger shims on brake caliper to get it to line up, had to shim motor to get it to line up, had to put a smaller shim on right rear wheel to enable putting in the cotter pin, nothing overly difficult, didn't get an owner's manual but the video on Amazon is sufficient, has plenty of low end torque, high top speed, not much torque in the middle of the power band, suspension is stiff for off road but suspension does help soak up bumps some, I weigh 170lbs, overall looks to be well made, best ridden on clean surfaces like grass, with no fenders you will get dirty, comfortable seating position, I am 5' 9".

This product cannot be assembled with what comes in the box the mounting holes in the seat doesn't match the mounting holes on the frame welding is required to reposition mounting brackets the front shock mounts on the lower control arm are located incorrectly and causing the suspension to over extend and locks the steering welding is required for a fix on this as well also the the breaks are leaking fluid and don't work the seller is absolutely useless assembly requires welding and fabrication

Very well built. Showed up 2 weeks ahead of expected arrival time. Arrives in three cardboard boxes, inside two of them were wooden crates to protect during shipping. Comes with necessary tools for assembling. It's going to be a Christmas present for my daughter.

Quick customer support — they sent me the manual right away. I’m 60 yrs old, 5’11” and 230 lbs, and I wanted something to ride alongside the grandkids. It works great for that. I also noticed they offer faster and more powerful models, which I may have to consider once the grandkids are old enough for this one. Unpacking took a while, and assembly was about 3–4 hours. The only adjustment I made was shimming the motor slightly to tighten the chain and eliminate some slippage. The brakes work great, and it rides very smoothly, even in turns and hitting bumps. For added comfort, I installed a 3-inch extension (using 3" truck body lift blocks) on the front to extend the footrest area. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

Happy with it, however no charger came with it.
