I don’t know why people are saying this taste disgusting, it is SO good. If you like mint, the taste will be your favorite part! It smells like spearmint, and taste just like it too, and not a nasty mouth wash taste either, like a light, refreshing minty piece of gum. The potency is super concentrated, alittle goes a long way. It doesn’t make my stomach upset, it actually helps with digestion! I have a 17 month old, so any extra energy is a plus. This actually gives me a boost! My energy level is higher! It helps with deodorizing too. My breath doesn’t smell as bad in the morning, and my body odor isn’t awful either. I tried capsules before, and they helped alittle bit, but not as much as the liquid one so far! It’s only been a few days and I see a huge difference in the liquid versus capsules. I was expecting it to be a bit more stronger than I had gotten, I used a bit more than the recommend dosage and it barely made my water green. Other from that it has a nice minty taste, that isn’t too strong, and the product does work with consistency. I haven’t seen any visible weight lost and I’m sure with consistency you’ll eventually see it.
