Make sure you order right size as I didn't realise there were different sizes
Helps a little bit is small helps with breathing though and a better nights sleep

Thank god this product is so easily available through Amazon, couldn’t believe it! Perfect size (size 7 probably ideal for most women) and exactly as described. May even be a slightly better shape than my original, really keeps airways open for long term healing/shaping of scar tissue. Includes a little case so hopefully I won’t lose it again. I have had extensive work done in my nose, my doctor is from another country so I couldn’t easily get another through them. THANK YOU🙏🏻
