Bad sound quality
Kinda lagged bad sound quality especially on calls Used to be when you dropped your item at UPS they issued your refund. Now it takes them a year to deliver it to company and you have to wait till they process it

False advertisement
It was labeled an iPhone 16 Pro Max. It is not a iPhone. It is an android T-Mobile at that. Also, since it is a false model number, and there is no current or present model number for the accurate phone itself I cannot find or purchase a phone case.
