If the suction cup does not adhere properly, first check whether the surface type is suitable. ## Features - Important Compatibility Notice - This suction cup is designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces only - such as polished tiles, stainless steel, or glass. Before installation, please ensure the surface is clean and completely dry. Avoid placing the suction cup over grout lines, cracks, or textured areas to maintain a secure vacuum seal. If the suction cup does not adhere properly, first check whether the surface type is suitable. - Instant Installation - Mount your soap holder to the wall in just one second. No drilling, screws, glue, or tools needed. Simply choose a clean, smooth surface, remove the protective cover, and press firmly and then LOCK the buckle. Crafted from durable materials, it ensures long-lasting performance for everyday use. - Warm Tips - If you encounter any issues during initial installation, please rinse the suction cup, dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer, and test it on a smooth glass surface. If the suction holds firmly, this indicates that the original wall surface may not be suitable for suction-based installation. In such cases, please relocate the product to another area. This suction cup soap holder works best on non-porous, smooth surfaces such as glass, mirrors, polished metal, stainless steel, plastic panels, wall tiles, and fine-grained granite. Please avoid installing it on grout lines or porous surfaces such as wallpaper, painted walls, wood, unfinished marble, and natural stones. - Overall dimensions: 6.7" L x 3.7" W. Please note: This model is larger than a standard soap dish. We highly recommend measuring your surface before purchasing to ensure a proper fit. Weight capacity: Supports up to 11 lbs. To ensure long-term stability and performance, please do not exceed this limit. - Please review the product information carefully before purchase.
