Does Not Work! Could not refund. NVME Drive is not recognized when connected

Bought 2 of these along with recommended cables to provide one of my EPYC servers with oculink ports a way to add more NVME storage. Drives and cables work flawlessly in other systems, but with this adapter the system wouldn't recognize any NVME drive I stuck in it.
