GREATWELL 400 GPD Tankless Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Filtration System with 1.5:1 Pure to Drain Ratio and Drinking Water Faucet

I love greatwell rog400 undersink water filter system, it is compact, easy to install. I used reverse osmosis water to boil tea and taste good. The most importantly they are very responsive to customer questions and provided excellent customer support. When RO filter not available on Amazon temporarily they provided me alternative link to order online. I bought my unit in December 2018, faucet started to have dripping problem a few months ago, Nick responded to my request for help quickly, he went above and beyond to ensure right replacement faucet was sent and for free. Installation We got the water filter today and I've installed it myself with the help of my dad. We are not experts in plumbing so consider us as layman here. It was not that hard to install, but you have to plan properly. The manual should contains more details. The tubes once go into filter won't come back out, so you need to properly plan, given little space under the sink. Pros I live in Austin, TX where the tap water is around 180 ppm measured in TDS meter. After installing this, it came down to 12 ppm. Water taste great. No difference from the water I got from commercial water delivery service. Waste water (drainage) was not bad at all. I kept waste water line drained into a bucket for few days and the waste water amount was less than the filtered water amount (this was a concern I had because this is a RO filter). This is great for an RO filter. There is a pump inside and it's very quiet. You need to electric power, so make sure you got an outlet there. From my calculations this should be economical for me than using a water delivery service. From the look of it, the components are properly built. Cons Nothing much. The instructions should be more detailed. Makes sure you watch the YouTube video from them. Price is bit high, but I'm happy as long as this works as they say. I'm very happy so far. Nothing much

Product works well but what good does it do if you are unable to find replacement filters . I just purchased a different brand with easily available filters. Now I have $ 800.00 in RO units. Covid means buy from the Americas Update supplier said filters in first part Jan, now is saying they don't know when they will be available, This unit should not be for sale unless the replacement filters are available. Waste of money and time DO NOT BUY

It works and I don’t taste any different from my previous system. It is not noisy like one viewer wrote but since it is a tankless system, water pours our very slowly. I like more space under the sink. :)

I used this unit on a cottage that has well water. I have issue with fine sediment and tannins in the water. The install was relatively easy based on my undersink plumbing. The water flow is slow but acceptable (low input pressure). There is a slight humming when unit is running. There is a huge improvement in water quality. My young nephews mentioned the water tastes good. We keep a container of the filtered water in the fridge . I contacted the seller's support person, Francis about my specific water issues. He walked me through all my concerns. I would buy this again. We are very pleased with this system.

Instructions are easy to read and understand. Installation was pretty straightforward. The system is not cheap so I was expecting a better water quality out of this RO system. The TDS ppm meter shows an average of 40 ppm on water coming out of the RO system.

Whats the point of spending 478 dollars on a RO system that requires you to run the water for a full minute before providing quality water? My tap water without a filter is around 48ppm, first few seconds of water out this filter is around 25-32ppm then it slowly starts dropping down till its finally 5-6ppm.

The product comes packaged very well, all the instructions were very easy to understand and the unit was easy to install. I went with this unit to avoid all the clutter under the sink area, as well as avoid a lot of the water waste like you have with other filters. The thing I was most impressed with was the customer support. I had a small issue with the initial unit I ordered when I went to install it. I was able to get someone on the phone right away upon calling. I spoke with Nick at iSpring. He was overly helpful and provided me with a quick solution to keep my day rolling so I wasn't hung up trying to figure out what to do with my new filter.
