Birds love it
Juncos and goldfinches are devouring it this year in NY. Even the cardinal and red bellied woodpeckers are eating it. Price is reasonable, even a little better than my local box store.

Attracts so many birds
Added this to our bird buffet and attracted endless finches. We use a mesh bag feeder. The shells do leave a mess, so place with that in mind. We'll worth it with all the bird watching it brings

Finches love it. We see goldfinch and house finch. Sometimes four to six on the feeder at a time.

Great Product, Great Price, Small Packaging Problem
This was my fourth order of a 10 pound bag of Wagner's Nyjer Thistle. My finches love it and the price is excellent. Unfortunately, this particular bag had a small leak and thistles would spill out every time it was lifted up or put down. I went to Amazon, reported the problem and a new bag should arrive tomorrow. Five stars for product quality and customer service. Minus one star for packaging quality control.

One day and I had finches!
This is part of my monthly purchase. I wanted finches in my yard. I kept seeing them at my neighbors and I was jealous! So, I put out seeds and it didn't work. Then I got these and I watched as the finches started coming. They have even taken up nesting in my tree. I fill it up about once a week and that is round the clock feedings. Love them. Rats like them too, so make sure that you keep your feeder far from your indoor space. I did put a plate out for the rats and that's how I got them to go away. I won't elaborate. But get this for the birds!

High quality, feeds tons of finches.
Nyjer seed feeders are a great way to attract finches and other small birds without having to worry about seed husk mess, squirrels, refilling the feeder every-other day or plumping up the local doves and grackles that you’re not especially interested in. Good quality and always fresh (we’ve gone through 6 or 8 bags in the past year and have never had a bad one). We refill weekly in a high traffic feeder which has birds on it most of the day. Recommended.
