Was skeptical about jaw training gum but decided to give the Buff Bubblegum flavor a shot. This stuff is genuinely tough — way harder than anything you'd find at a checkout counter. First few sessions my jaw was noticeably sore, which tells you it's actually doing something. After consistent use I can feel the masseter muscle developing, which is exactly what I was after. The bubblegum flavor is decent, nothing special, but it holds up long enough to get a solid chew session in. Sugar-free and vegan, so no guilt there either. One piece at a time is the move — two at once is asking for jaw fatigue fast. At $18.99 for 35 pieces it's not cheap, but if you're serious about jawline definition it's a lot more convenient than carrying around a rubber jaw exerciser. Just be consistent and patient.

Ngl was skeptic, but my jaw line has definitely become more defined and I have this super dope mastic muscle developing and can feel it growing. Hard as hell when you put it in your mouth but it softens up and definitely puts a workout on your jaw.

I really enjoy the tough chew of the gum. Keeps me entertained especially at the gym. Only thing I can say is the bubblegum flavor is a bit funky.

It's a really good jaw former. In the beginning my jaws were hurting because I chewed two pieces at once, big mistake. Its like going to the gym for the first time and lifting at a heavy level. I've learned my lesson😆
