Perfect solution for swinging phone in shorts pocket or uncomfortable waste - arm bands.
Product arrived well, generic but solid package, the product as far as I can touch and feel is of good quality, very good for cycling, fighting, exercising, HIIT, no problems with it so far, maybe slightly towards the larger size, so if you are in between weights and sizes, I would opt for the smaller size apart from that I do recommend to friends and will be buying again if it lasts more than a couple of months.

Did not fit good, groin area is too loose/ill fitting wich results in chafing and bought half tights to prevent chafing.

Surprisingly good quality.Not typical Temu quality junk. Material is soft strong lightweight but not cheap thin.Good medium width waistband and convenient side leg pockets. Pleasant surprise as some of these eastern crazy named products are roll the dice quality.

These running underwear are great. Light compression, just enough to keep them in place, and stretchy enough to be unnoticeable under your running shorts. All the seams are at least double stitched, and the waistband is wide and comfortable. I have a 32” waist and weigh about 155 lbs, and my mediums fit exactly right. They laundered well with no shrinkage.
