Too much supplemental Vitamin C can make men more susceptible to developing kidney stones. I, in the past, would routinely take 1000 mg per day. This amount may have contributed to me developing two kidney stones. Around 90 mg per day was recommended for my age. I consume fresh lemon and lime juice daily now to hopefully stave off future oxalate stones. This citrus consumption probably meets recommended daily allowance, however, I would like to have a tad extra as health insurance. This chewable " orange juice " is delicious and gives just an extra edge for daily health maintenance---- hopefully without precipitating stones.

This is my go-to Vit C. It tastes great (love tangy orange flavor and love it's not a typical chalky chewable), is a good price, and does exactly what I need it to do -- serve as a preventive measure and sometimes an extra dose of Vit C when I'm not feeling 100%. Highly recommend!

Tastes great but I miss the much larger tablets of the older version. Wish they didn't use the old product image when the newer tablets are much smaller.

In an effort to boost my grand children’s immune system during this era of COVID-19 I wanted to add extra vitamin C. They love the taste so much that if I forget to give them to them they remind me to get them. They have not had a cold or a sniffle while taking these vitamins. I do however, Wish That the pill bottle was childproof. I would definitely order these again.that the pill container What is childproof.

My husband and I take these every day. I didn’t want a super high dose of vitamin C so these are perfect. They also taste good.
