Because your feet are three-dimensional, any measuring device such as a ruler only approximately determine your actual shoe size; So, as much as possible please use the measurements to select a size. If your feet are narrow, you should buy one size smaller, otherwise you should buy one size bigger. Review: I needed an affordable option for steel toed shoes and these are amazing! Good shoes for work, pretty comfortable and yes, they do have plastic caps 👌 I have them for absolut 4-5 months already, even washed them in the washing machine and are all good.

I have been using my work shoes 5 days a week at work for over half a year now. Long enough to test them in all conditions and circumstances. Apart from minor signs of wear on them, everything else is exactly the same as the first day of use. I would like to mention that in all new shoes I always replace the insoles first and use a proven brand and model of insoles. I advise you to do the same. Satisfied Customer
