I've invested in many insoles that have been returned. These are a great value. I've ordered 4.

They seem to make a difference. I bought these for my daughter who has overpronation. Both her feet roll inwards. She finds them soothing and comfortable. The only problem is they are not usable with every type of shoes. She tried putting the insoles on her Adidas Campus but they were too tight. You can see the difference in her feet with and without the insoles on the photos.

I walk a lot in my work boots and this wa the perfect insert. Feels like walking in air and feet doesn’t hurt after all day of walking

Inserts worked great in my Bearpaws. I don’t necessarily suffer from plantar fasciitis so I can’t speak on that but I replaced these in my shoes for a long trip internationally and worked out great. They fit perfectly and was easy to insert. Didn’t hurt my feet at all and was very comfortable. Would buy again!

I put these in a pair of sneakers and ran some errands and immediately my plantar fascia and sore ankle feel better and more firm. I'll be buying a new set for all my shoes and boots.
