I’ve used Dreft Stage 1 since day one and wouldn't switch to anything else. It has that classic, delicious 'baby' scent that is wonderful yet gentle, and most importantly, it has never caused any irritation on my newborn’s sensitive skin. Bought this specifically for washing my dog’s clothes since she has allergies, and it’s been a great find. The scent is very light and pleasant—not overpowering at all. Her clothes come out of the dryer soft, clean, and without any fading. I also love the built-in measuring feature on the bottle, which makes it easy to use the right amount and avoid wasting detergent. It cleans very well, and I haven’t felt the need to use fabric softener at all. The bottle itself is sturdy yet lightweight, and you get a surprising amount of product for its size. Overall, this detergent works exactly as intended, and I would absolutely recommend it for babies or for pet clothing—especially for pets with sensitive skin or allergies.
