The cake was very healthy despite being healthy

The ingredient list looks clean and health-focused, which is commendable. However, the cakes are extremely dry—so much so that even at just 5 days old, they are genuinely difficult to swallow. This is disappointing, especially given the stated shelf life of three months. They use erythritol, fructooligosaccharides, and stevia; personally, monk fruit would have been a far better choice for both taste and mouthfeel. Healthy is fine—but not at the cost of basic edibility.
