Fresh burdock. An acquired taste. Was shipped on time and well packaged.

The burdock root came very quick, and we're packaged very well. The product, once prepared , was delicious with the recipe I used. I would order from this company again in a flash.

I found this after I spent almost 50 years trying to find out what this was, and it's a vegetable my Japanese mother used to fix with dinner. I found a recipe like hers and hadn't been able to find gobo in the stores around here, and I should have known I could find organic gobo on Amazon. I've made the dish a few times now and my family are in heaven with this vegetable my mother used to cook for us when we were kids.

Used it in fresh juice. It arrived well-packaged and very fresh. The quality was very good, and I had no issues integrating it into my homemade juices and smoothies. The texture blended smoothly, and the flavor was clean and earthy without being overpowering. I’m really pleased with how easy it was to work with, and it added a great nutritional boost. I would definitely purchase again.
