Love this stuff, effective, good flavor. Only knock is i wish the container was a little wider. Harder to get to the bottom third, if you have bigger hands.

I don't know whether pills are the best way to get my creatine, but I find these easier to take than the powder form, and remembering to take your supplements is half the battle.
