We bought these for our trip to Iceland. They are waterproof and wind proof. Our feet were nice and warm and super comfortable when hiking. We use them anytime it’s raining or on hike.

For the price, you cannot go wrong with these shoes. I don't know if they're actually leather, but whatever material they're made of appears to be pretty durable. Please note, these are lace to toe shoes so you can't just throw them on and hit the trails. You will need to do a little trial and error with the lacing for a comfortable fit. But once you get them broken in, and laced up to fit your feet, they are VERY comfortable. I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse and I'm on my feet for at least 10 hours and these shoes are very comfortable and supportive. Shipped and delivered very quickly and came well packaged in perfect condition.
