This vacuum did an amazing job. I was so surprised! It cleaned up dust, cat fur, and human hair from my hardwood floors and left my floor sparkling clean! It gets the edges well, and does a decent job getting the corners. It’s so easy to use and cleans up after itself. It has taken a load of my list of to do’s for my very busy life working full time with two kids. Don’t expect a deep clean, but helps with the upkeep.

WOW! I have only had this unit for 2 weeks but it is totally changed my world. My daughter had bought one and I loved hers I was afraid I would not be able to use it due to technology but it is actually very simple so far. I have a large German Shepherd who sheds and shoes on her toys so drools and it was a full-time job to keep my house vacuumed everyday. This unit is a lifesaver. I can do either the whole house or I can do it room at a time which I have opted mostly to do since I also watch my 20-month-old granddaughter. It picks up dirt very well, the battery has never ran out but I only do two rooms at a time for the most part. When it first did a map of the house I had some chairs down but found when I went to actually vacuum and I moved the chairs it still goes for the chairs were. It is not too sensitive to the dog even though she chases it. The quality of the machine so far has been phenomenal I would recommend this. In fact I purchased another one for my other daughter.

Bought this last July. It stopped working properly since past 2 months and trying to get customer service involved. Service is not that great. They take 4 weeks for repair. They don’t provide shipping package for the defective device. I was expecting some reliable product and quick service turnaround from this product since it is pricier. I would not suggest this to any one.

This is literally a Dreame. It has my house floors shining and so clean. Also the cleaning solution has my house smelling very clean. Best purchase

I am very impressed with this robot vacuum! The sleek white design looks modern and high-end, and it blends perfectly with my home decor. This is very good robotic vacuum. I love the feature of vacuum first then mop gets in all corners and avoid cords beautifully. I like taking the pics of obstacles. You have to play with your no go zones on the app. App has a lot of stuff on it take your time so you won't get frustrated with it. There's a lot there to play with so you can get robot to do exactly what you want. This day 2 for me . Before I have the ecovacs deebot plus ten . Didn't like it didn't mope floor well . Left particles behind on floor and bags did last long. It would say bag full and it wasn't . Had to replace or machine keep saying message. I read some people complaining about adding more water all the time. That means machine doing its job . You can set how wet you want floor to be. The avoidance is great on this bot. My other bot hit everything. I did add the extended warranty now to see how long this will last. I think if you clean it properly as you should it should last 10 years+ . Until you want the new model. I don't think you will be disappointed in your purchace

Did not list long. After a few months it stopped injecting cleaning solution mopping. They shipped a replacement unit that was used and in worse shape than mine. A lot of money for poor support. It cleans hardwood floors great! Excellent mopper. Much better than spinning disk units!
