We have had this new chair for a week, and so far we're happy with the purchase. We chose the color gray, and it looks good. The chair is compact enough for our space, yet it looks and feels substantial enough. It reclines fully, which we appreciate. We also like the convenience of having the USB charging port. When we just received the delivery, we were worried if the chair would be damaged because the box had been damaged; however, thanks to good packaging, the chair was intact. The assembly was quick and easy. The chair comes in three pieces, the entire bottom/seating part, the back rest that slides in, and the separate lumbar support cushion.If this chair lasts, we'll buy a second, matching one.

My chair for reading and rocking grand babies arrived today (2days early)!!! I ordered it last week hoping it would arrive in time for my two week recovery from surgery.It was here when we got home from my surgery. It swivels , it rocks, it power reclines, it's easy to assemble AND it is completely comfy!!! 😁Most recliners don't put you in a position that allows you to nap without developing nasty kinks. Not this baby!!! It comes with a perfect lumbar pillow. I am seriously impressed and pleased with this purchase. I will probably order another when I remodel the next room!

Excellent product. Perfect size for the space I used it for. Very comfortable, reclining feature works great. I’m over 6 feet, a little leg hang over when chair is reclined but not uncomfortable. Looks good and very pleased thus far. Only complaint was when delivered it was left below porch in the rain.

The color is accurate to the picture, and the lumbar pillow is nice, especially since it's not attached, so it can be moved as needed. My gripe is that the pictures showed that you can sit at a 90 degree angle for watching TV, but that's not true at all. To have your feet up, you have to lay in a zero-gravity position, which is not ideal for much of anything except sleeping. If this truly had a 90-degree sit angle, this would have been 5 stars.

This is very easy to put together great for older people! The push button is great!

The package was delivered with many surface damages and one support of chair was delivered as broken.Somewhere around a chair have many stains but it won't eliminated.However, a chair itself is really comfy.

The chair I purchased arrived before the date it was to be here. I believe it was done because the rain was expected on the original delivery date. It arrived in good condition, and works beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase.
