In my opinion, this is an extra safeguard. The flavor is fine and it’s an easy supplement to add to your routine. I still use sunblock, however, so I don’t know of this actually makes a difference in sun protection.

I tried one packet and added it to my drink, for 40$ it is really expensive and for a glass of water you will need multiple packets (1-4). I do not recommend this in terms of price and flavor but it is too soon to tell whether this actually helps and works for the skin protection. Overall I do not recommend.

It has a slight strawberry taste to me, but it mixes well and is easy to take. Definitely use a smaller amount of water than suggested. I use two of them, and add about 6 ounces. Otherwise, it's too watered down. A bit pricey though!

The flavor is fine if you like strawberry cream. It taste like a little more potent water flavor packet. If you do try this, a single bottle of water will need about 3 packets to taste right (each packet mixes with 150ml water). You mix it like any other water flavoring. I will say that it’s very annoying the instructions for how to mix it are not on each packet. I packed some up for my family and I and when we got to our destination, we all went to drink a bottle of water with a single packet because that’s how every other drink mix usually comes and it didn’t say on the packet. I almost 1 stared this review because of it but decided to look at the main box to see if it has instructions and found you only add 150ml of water. I have spent a lot of time in the sun and I can’t say for sure if the claims are accurate or not so I can’t comment about that. At this point, I am going to remain optimistic and keep trying until I run out of this box. Hopefully future iterations will have the directions on each packet.

I ordered this because I do a lot of paddle boarding during the Summer and I've spent a lot of time in the sun throughout my life, so I feel like any effort I can make to protect my skin is worth making. These are easy enough to take, you just mix into a small amount of water (less than a full glass - probably about half a cup). It tastes fruity and good, with no bad aftertaste. The primary ingredient is glutathione, which if you research you'll see provides benefits for cells, the immune system, and aids in detoxification. It also contains vitamins A and C, so there's definitely no harm in it. I think you probably need to finish the full box, or maybe two full boxes to determine realistically what the effects are for you, but the formulation is high quality and I'm enjoying adding this to my self care routine.
