I use this in place of toothpaste. Much healthier (does not kill beneficial oral bacteria) and extremely inexpensive compared to any non-toxic, organic toothpastes available (which also kill the beneficial oral bacteria, by the way). You want to have the beneficial bacteria in your mouth because it helps keep up levels of nitric oxide -- good for the arteries and all that. At least that's what the books I read said.

Just started using this. It’s the most like sugar tasting thing I’ve ever had. Not super sweet, but I also use it sparingly.

Great quality! I would buy this again. It was my first time trying xylitol as a sugar substitute. To me it tasted quite enough, it is sweeter than table sugar. I hate stevia due to the horrific aftertaste (and to me stevia has a bad flavor as well) but this has no aftertaste or bad flavor.

I am using this as part of the Dr. Ellie Phillip's routine and it works great.

This is good quality xylitol. It is made from birch and organic. It dissolves easily. Maybe a bit expensive -- which is why I only give it four stars. Otherwise it is a great alternative to sugar -- and better for your teeth!
