So far I have only used for smash burgers w/butter toasted buns and a group breakfast (eggs, sausages, pancakes) but it worked great. Lots of space for making multiple things at once so all food can be ready at same time. I was worried about food sticking but it wasn't a problem and I love that you can use stainless steel utensils without fear if scratching. Post cooking cleanup was easy.
