Yes, it will work on a 61 keyboard piano as it says. Start at middle C.

will this work on yamaha organ ?

Sure, they're just little stickers you put on the keys. Make sure you line them up even so that doesn't take your attention. The Stickers work well, when you are starting out it makes it a lot easier when you don't have to worry if it's the right key

Will this work with smaller keys keyboard like Casio SA 76?

Yes, but I think they sell it for 76 key board also
