Garbage
Every designer that builds in a proprietary, crappy charge cord deserves to be fired when that cord predictably fails. I own plenty of Samsung products, but am seething at this purchase. What a waste of money.

Underpowered device for Zoom, quality issues
It's an ok little machine, but unfortunately has trouble when on a Zoom with more than a handful of people. This is a known issue and Zoom and Google seem to both be unable to address this for Chromebooks with 4G of RAM, as I understand.However, it was even worse because after about a month of light use by my daughter it simply stopped charging. One morning we tried to start her school day and it just died. Samsung support seems to be overwhelmed so we are having difficulty getting it handled under warranty.

Samsung Chromebook
I love Samsung products, but this laptop I have to give a thumbs down.I opened the box and first thing I noticed were grey spots on the top of the laptop I don't know what they were or or if they would wipe off,It seemed to charge up fast but the track pad was very cheap feeling and I wondered how long it would be before it didn't work anymore.The company they sent it fast but I'm sorry to say the product itself does not live up to the Samsung name.
