I finally got it o recognize my phone and bring in the image but now it refuses to print saying Registration fail"** A: Try shining a light at the registration marks, sometimes the machine simply can't see the marks. **Q: Will this work with the free/basic software?** A: I haven't actually used it. (life happened and it's been shelved for a while yet_ I've searched on google and videos on Youtube and that's all I can say. It appears to work with the free app. **Q: Has anyone tried this mat with a Silhouette SD? The Silhouette website does not say that it works, but if I am using current Studio Design software?** A: I saw a video on YouTube and they used it with SD saftware. Mine fits on my scanner on my HP 7250 Printer/Scanner. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As pictured *by R***N on March 15, 2024* The product is what it's supposed to be, I just can't ever seem to make it work right with the program - which is very much a user error issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Read calibration instructions before starting *by B***O on March 14, 2019* This is a handy mat for using up scraps and print and cut. It's finicky though so I don't use it much but if I have a failed print and cut on my regular mat I can use this one to cut them out. It's also easy for using up scraps of vinyl to avoid waste. The calibration fails a lot and requires a reset but the mat comes in handy enough to make it worthwhile. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but I could NOT be happier with this *by K***Y on August 29, 2016* I had my doubts after reading some of the other reveiws, but I could NOT be happier with this.I think the key is to take very well-lit pictures.While I haven't gotten mine to calibrate it hasn't made any difference at all.
