Great product. It does make teeth a couple of shades whiter. I experienced less plaque when I went for a dental cleaning and a faster visit. Tube is much smaller than the regular toothpaste but you only need a pea size amount. I also want to mention that I only use it at night when it's most important. When brushing through the day I do use regular toothpaste. Purchased at the end of October and we are at the beginning of December. So far this tube has lasted me more than 2 months and still going.

This soap is good but way too expensive! I am on the nicotine patch and the patch causes my gums to bleed between my two back teeth. I switched to this Xylitol tooth paste and no fluoride, no more bleeding!
